Shipping Policy

The Netherlands: Standard shipping is €2,99 and free for all orders over €90. The shipping time is roughly 1-3 business days.

Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal: Standard shipping is €4,99 and free for all orders over €90. The shipping time is roughly 3-7 business days.

If you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Evolution Athletic we always want to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. If you want to return or change your product, we would like to make this as simple as possible for you.

- You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it.

- Shipping cost are non-refundable. 
- The product must be unused, unwashed and in the same new condition as when it was received.
- The product must also be in its original packaging, with intact labels.

If the product is not in a good condition (including removal of size tags) your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you.

How can you return your product?
You can return your product quickly and easily with Sendcloud. Please click here to get started:

1. Enter your post code and your order number (shipment reference). This information can be found in your order confirmation or on the label on your parcel.

2. State which products you wish to return and why. Confirm all of your original delivery information. Once you have confirmed your return information, you can ship your product for the return. 

​

3. You will be asked to download your return label. Print this label, attach it to your package, and leave it at the drop-off point you chose.
 

4. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return. Once you have received the confirmation email, it should take between 4-5 business days before your refund is completed.
